“Dean was extremely helpful navigating the Bay Area real estate market. As an overseas buyer, I am particularly grateful
for his flexible scheduling, eye on the market, introduction to other service providers, and general market expertise and
facilitation. I would recommend him to anyone buying in San Francisco.”
-Alicia Eastman (Managing Director and Partner, Asia Pacific Capital & MAP Capital)
“Dean has amazing attention to detail and always works for the best interest of the client. I’ve worked with him twice
already and hope to work with him again many times in the future.”
-Ryan Allis (CEO @Connect)
“Dean was able to quickly understand what type of place would appeal to us and found us exactly what we were looking
for before it went on the market. His negotiating style was very empathic and was able to build an offer that gave both
parties what they needed. From finding the place to accepted offer took three days. Thanks Dean!”
-Gervais Tompkin (Design Strategy Studio Director at Gensler)
“Dean is a very courteous, humble, and genuine person. A few other sellers’ agents I spoke with were very arrogant and
didn’t care for my business (after all, buyers were lining out the door at open houses.) Dean treated me like a friend
and a client. Dean worked tremendously hard for his client and I really respect that. He was always available to arrange
meetings and was very thorough in addressing both the seller’s and my concerns. When I put in an offer, Dean must have
combed over it line by line because I was getting questions from him via my agent throughout the night and early in the
morning. When he was comfortable that everything checked out, the seller accepted my offer”.
-Eusden Shing (Product Manager at Pinterest)
“I have worked with many realtors and commercial brokers over the years. Dean stands head and shoulders above them
all. He is truly a pleasure and savvy person to work with.”
-Scott Pope (Senior Manager - Product Management & Marketing at Cisco Systems)
